Secondo me è uno sforzo decisamente anaerobico, il quantitativo di ossigeno che riesco ad immettere nell'organismo non è sicuramente sufficiente ai muscoli.
Per l'allenamento io vado in bici e faccio squat e frog squat senza peso, con ripetizioni non continue tipo su e gù ma ritmate tipo scendo, mi fermo un millesimo e risalgo.

The Bergmüller Method
Another approach to fitness that has
gained in popularity over the past few
years is Heinrich Bergmüller‘s method
of training, made famous by his best
pupil, Austrian ski champion Hermann
Maier. The three cornerstones of
this program are:
1. Endurance
2. Power
3. Coordination
What makes Bergmüller‘s program
different is that a very specific method
of endurance training is the supporting
pillar of the entire process.8
Bergmüller contends, with ample
proven results, this is a long neglected
component of alpine ski training, and
we can, by extension, say that it is the
same for snowboard racing. As in
skiing, snowboard racing is not a
purely power sport, but one that
requires a mixture of endurance,
anaerobic endurance, speed power,
and coordination. Above all,
Bergmüller advocates stressing the
heart but not the body. So, he recommends
the use of the reclining bike as the
core training activity of this program,
with relatively low heart rates in comparison
to other fitness approaches.
The results of Bergmüller‘s endurance
training are sound: improvements in
playing all sports, better speed, burning
more body fat, improvements in
blood chemistry, more athleticism,
better self-esteem, less stress, fewer
free radicals, better sleep and an
improvement in other body functions,
with better overall health, less illness,
a stronger immune system, and more
endorphins for that relaxed feeling.
To make sure that this program is
done faithful to its intent, athlete and
coach should monitor lactic acid levels
in the blood. If that is not possible,
understandably so for many junior
and amateur athletes, monitor, instead,
the pulse while training. Even
though your heart rate may seem
artificially low in Bergmüller‘s regimen,
it has proven results and, simply
put, it works without overly stressing
body and mind. Its only drawback is
that it takes a lot of time each day.
