Ok today few alpine snowboarder but in 1990 i was not the same.
Was one time in Austria (neustift im stubaital) 1994 and very pleased to see alpine snowbarders there.
I am agree that alpine board are surprising the youngest snowboard generation because in France they have become riding with soft boots.
Ps: I don't speak very well german but in Austria with an alpin board it was very easy to speak english. Same passion

Hello All!
I am one of those who feel the need to develop an "alpine snowboard," and responded to the call Tina Rauth. Tina writes: ... the subject of the study is to prove that for alpine snowboarding is not threatened with extinction.
In the foreword Tina writes: In order to prove that alpine snowboarding is not threatened with extinction, every single, completely filled in questionnaire counts.
Very important is the amount involved in the survey - please do it! The questions are simple and filling out the questionnaire does not take much time.
Do it, please - for "Our EC" and Tina!

Ps. I also carried out a similar survey once, and I understand that this is important for the author.

Done
Sure France deserves a direct mention, is one of the main coutries for white slopes.
Imho asking alpiners about opinion of alpine snowboarding doesn't show the real opinion between all snowboarders
Good luck for your thesis

There is a certain need to ask downhill skiers who occasionally go for public slopesnakaniko wrote:Done

Hi!
Tina wishes show that it is a discipline of development (it grows more and more people) and not in danger of extinction.
The difference of opinion (in this regard) is irrelevant.

@starikashka: I guess I misunderstood the text. What do you mean?
It is estimated that on the Alpine board goes about 5-10% of all snowboarders.nakaniko wrote:Imho asking alpiners about opinion of alpine snowboarding doesn't show the real opinion between all snowboarders

Alpine snowboarders - all who ride on the "Alpine (hard) board". They can practiced the sport everywhere. Of course, achieve the best results only those who ride in the high mountains.starikashka wrote:There is a certain need to ask downhill skiers who occasionally go for public slopeswith alpine boarders there
