That' my favourite spot, I go there almost every year for a week (except for this season, when we'll go to Corvara based on the advice of Frank).

Good food, good party place, many slopes, not too crowded, extremely well treated, groomed slopes, customs free area, so drinks, cigars, parfumes are extremely cheap (take care with the Swiss customs peopleon the way back, they will even check your anus...)

Check the bar on the other side of the Trepale slope, it is alway live music there made by a DJ during the day, if it's sunny. Extremely good place. The Trepale is a good spot to carve.

Usually there is good, sunny weather.

Hope it helps,

István

Hi.

Thank you very much both to your replay.

Istvan hi,
I've never been to Corvara it seems that Frank doesn't go enywhere else exept there. He reccomented to me Corvara when I purchase my Virus,I think is their test center there.
I've been to Val Gardena wich is next to Corvara and is very nice there for carving with very well preperd slopes, as well as Kronplarz 40km further.

Enjoy your week in Corvara.
I'm looking forward to hear your review about the place.
I'm interesting go there as well.

Thank you
Aris.

Ciao, Istàn,

make sure to talk to me about Corvara when we are in Zinal, I Have been going there for 15 years....and I was in Selva right this Christmas (actually you can easily go from one place to the other easily...). Can definitely tell u good carving spots...
Funny thing is that although I know Frank sells in Corvara, I never saw a Virus in the valley, maybe they are too fast to be seen...But even there alpine used to be much more popular in the 80s.

Ciao!
