Getting a job at a European ski resort

Hi. I am thinking of going to Austria, Germany, or a Scandinavian country so I can snowboard for the winter... I need a job though. Is it easy to find work in a cafe/bar at or near a ski resort in these areas? I speak English and Greek and have dual American/Greek citizenship. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

try to contact one of the employees at http://www.hotels-austria.com/kitzbuhel/habitat.htm
or have a look at the resorts homepages, often youll find a link like "jobbörse" where jobs in the tourism industrie are offered.
perhaps they need someone for the bar or can help.
