Can you tell me about the serial # and model designation? I see there is a B prefix on the 163 (B 163) and the serial # has a 02 immediately after the 163. What does this indicate?

Hmmm, thats a good question. Maybe it's an indication for the optical condition but the board is in absolute new condition without optical defects.
The board is in the original wrapping.
I don't know exactly how to breakdown the No.
Maybe 02 is the production week.
The best will be to contact F2 directly.
