This poll comes from a funny discussion I had this winter with some friends.
For some of us, the dilemma may be HELL!

No no, you have to choose between:
1) riding on pistes only (perfect grooming but bad conditions off piste)
2) freeriding only (untracked fresh snow every day).

I propose: From now on I will respect every skier and love them like a brother (ok, I have none)
I won´t call him a pommes rider any more.
If a skier will damage my Swoard (like it was done

) I won´t be angry with him.
Love and peace to all 5- piecers.

Ok, I voted for Freeriding.
If Ben, Silber, Skywalker, Istvan, Pokkis and all the others will choose slopes in heaven,
- can you imagine, what will happen?
The slopes will be destroyed in less than one hour.
(I remember Le Col at ECS this year)
If the :angel2:s help to prepare every half of an hour, I may change my decision.

I love carving fervently and it would be hard to live without it, but hey POWDER - nothing compares to real deep fresh powder ... guess what I voted for

I dont care about them, those others will not come to
my paradise
Plus LeCol was in good shape full time

It's well known: "Hell is the others".
So in these two paradises, you are alone: making your own trenches (but it's groomed all evenings), or riding untracked fresh snow (your own tracks are cleared every night by fresh snow).

I'll be very sad if I find myself there and my lonely groomers are not there. Or even worse, the empty groomers are there, but my snowboards got lost on the way....
Then I think I'll call "The Manager" and will file a complaint immediately...

Well, riding alone would be boring after some time.
The conclusion of the book "Into The Wild" (the true story adapted in a 2007 movie by Sean Penn) is: "
Happiness only real when shared".
So in these two paradises one could invite some friends for great sessions together.

But only the friends who are not burning in hell.

Fresh snow can be groomed. Groomed snow cannot be freshed. So I was tempted to go for the second option

The first choice looks like the condition we had last saturday in Zinal

.... damn! Am I dead so...
I choose the first one...
Adding " assuming when arriving to paradise you get the top level to ride big mountains off piste (jumping cliffs, very steep,..)" to the second one then I would chose that one to ride what I'm not able to ride in my life

but even in that case, I would be sad not to be able to do EC for eternity...
