alu-heel piece problem have very easy solution.
INTEC pin have incompletely rounded edge. Take small needle point file and rounded ALL edge's at the pin.
If you want I can posting photos "original" pin and after processing.

That is great idea to correct that design flaw of bindings 8) but question just is, how many can dot that, and how many really know about that it should be done
Unfortunately few years back i realized that too late and i had ruined two sets of bindings

Hi guys,

I thought I'd let you all in on a great site to get your gear. Go to www.bomberonline.com and go to the classified section and you'll find everything you ever wanted and more. I just bought a pair of cateks olympics SI for 200. us and a pair of TD1's for 135.us. The gear is in great shape and for the price you can't beat it. You can always retro fit TD1's if you want to but the pieces cost 65.us from Bomber. The Indy is stiff just like Pokkis said but very responsive. I to am looking for a different spring, so if anyone out there knows of a link let me know will you please.

Thanks,

Marc

Hey Alexy, can you post those before and after pics of the pin modification for us please. I'm interested in the adjustment and whether or not you lost any retention aspect of the pin/heel interface.

Thanks,

Marc

About AF 700:
Some days ago bought else one AF700 and today recasted it.
The hole for tube brass have 12mm diameter.
For proper work need increase it to 12.4-12.5 mm.
I doing it without drill by long round pin and sandpaper wraped around it.
