Training possibilities

Post by Arjan » Wednesday 25 August 2004, 8:54

Hi Swoard team,

I was wondering if you have ever thought about setting up training schedules to training people who are interested in learning the way of EC? Here in Holland there are not many good alpine teachers for advanced and expert carvers. I am looking for a teacher to get me to the next level; to perfect my carving technique and learn new techniques (e.g. EC, Swiss style, etc).

Regards,

Arjan

Sessions

Post by István » Wednesday 25 August 2004, 9:17

Hi,

I believe Zinal (look for postings on that) is a session similar to what you mention, maybe it's not a one-to-one teaching, but surely a big fun.

I could not make it last year, I'll do everything to make it this year to see, to learn and to have big fun.

Kindest,

István

Good morning Istvan,

I will also definitely join this year's meeting in Zinal! But like you said, this is one "training" session per year. I am looking for possibilities of getting trained at least 2x per month here in Holland. Driving to Zinal 2x per months is a bit too much (around 1.000 km) :D

So, did you test ride the Virus yet?

For misunderstandings, I mean Arjan has a very good riding style! :-) therefore I think there will be no training possibilities here in holland!
