VOLUNTEER PROGRAM OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT !!!!

Hello All,

I would like to thank all the people who contacted us for the Volunteer program. Not all the sessions are full but we have a lot of really nice people into this forum who wants to contribute to help us.

1. Volunteer People planning
the volunteer planning will be affiched at the Swaord stand in Sorebois.
IN MORE YOUR INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEER PROGRAM WILL BE PRINTER AT THE VERSO OF YOUR PERSONAL BADGE !!!!

2. Permanence at the Stand
2 job descriptions in french & english will be affiched at our working place in the Swoard stand. IN CASE OF PROBLEMS WE WILL LEAVE at the Stand AN ORANGE TALKIE WALKEE. You will be able to call Me - Patrice or Jack to ask question about your job or any related problems. Do not hesitate to contact us !! There is no stupid question !!! Zinal ski domain is really small, in case of big problem I will start the turbo on my swoard and I will be able to join you at the stand in 5-15 min maximum.

3. Other JOB !!
present you at the concerned meeting point and just follow the instruction.

4. Volunteer free Meal
Each volunteer has to present his badge to the Swoard stand to receive his free Meal !! NO BADGE = NO MEAL !!! do not loose it.

5. VOLUNTEER TEE-SHIRTS!!
We made Volunteer tee-shirts. We bought these tee-shirts only in really big Size !! These tee-shirts are made to be weared on you snowboard cloth. Please come to the Swoard stand to pick your tee-shirts up !!

6. MORNING MATERIAL HANDLING VOLUNTEER
Please be on time at the Zinal cable car start !!! 07h45 !!! with your volunteer badge obligatory !!! A special cable car is reserverd for Material Handling volunteer only !!! BE ON TIME !!!
