I know...... Just described how this board came to birth and the story behind it so everybody would understand/know.

u'll tell us :)
Bruce was happy with the board after a few testrides and some adjustments he did for me..... so I am anxious to ride this funny Schtubby X2. Will give a full review of the ride.

I am an amateur with respect to all the models and brands of carving boards. Please tell an illiterate person about the benefits and qualities of this board compared to other carving boards, besides the surface decor. It would be interesting to know.

Yep, Shred is getting mellow in his old age! The original was a 161 with 151 contact x 14.7m and that was a bit nuts! I had one similar with a 164 overall and it was a safe ride as it sported a little extra nose on it. The line will eventually have 2 different sizes, 166 and 171 with 13.2m on either or a secret sidecut(not yet developed) which will be in the mid 14m range on the 71.
They really are narrow extremecarve boards if you look at the numbers, the flex pattern and type are pretty close even the nose is similar!
Everything you ever wanted in an extremecarve without the width!
Really are fun to ride as you can enjoy some speed before they get squirrelly. Easy to slide around and of course the metal makes them grip as much as you will need. Just built one for myself and will have it as ECES for test rides. I am trying to build myself a board a week so if anyone wants to have the elusive test rides, there will be limited availability at ECES.
I should have

Stubby 171 x 20 x 13.2m
All Mountain 172x 21.5 x12m
NSR ( new school race) 185 x 20 x 13.7/17m
Extremecarve 173 x 22x 13.2m
Construction will be as follows, METAL, METAL, METAL, METAL.

seems to be the pefect grip board.. but what i like into the Swoard....is also the possibility to ride with low binding °degree. I hate to ride with high ° degree. Schtubby and other board are really not enough wide for me.

By my personal opinion ... I think that more the ° of my bindings are high, worse is the carving style !!

I mean the egyptian style is really ... elegant and pure.. and this effect is reduced and I become inconfortable with this kind of thight board. For me it's not possible to have an elegant and nice egyptian riding stlye with the schtubby but also with other tights boards ...Sorry....
In more Schtubby is really to ugly for me.... and this is not a question of respect ...!!!

I have the chance to have small feets.. and on the swoard I can ride with 45° front and 40° back.

NGSAM,
you have made your statement double clearly now............. Some people have enough with one word, apparently you haven't . When I read your negative posts on this topic where nobody is waiting for, you remind me of my grandfather who was repeating everything twice because he couldn't remember....... :( Hope you are not that old and absent-minded.

HANS

Please don't carry out my personal life or friends... it's not fair... and even more this really not concern this topic. We are not into the primar school

I am speaking about snowboards not about , children, wife or life style....

By sharing these pictures on this forum... you should expect to have reaction. Bad or good...

Even if I find this design really ... I never criticized the technical things like the announced incredible grip or things like that.

If they change the width... the design... I could buy one of these...

So please stay cool and fair

nothing to add!!!

Can't be with a person so very negative in one topic several times as you did. May be other persons can help you out with your negative attitude. You may have an opinion on something, I can respect that, but don't repeat your negative opinion several times in one post. Who are you gonna help with this negativism? In my opinion you don't serve any one with this negative attitude/opinion on this positive forum. So any positive contribtion is welcome, except for your repeated negative contribution. May be you get it now, but I don't think so  We have a second SCHNEEWURM here. Good luck with it.

Hey guys! Don't argue about your personal issues and interests anymore, please. Everyone has a right to think whatever you want about those boards or designs and it's only his/her opinion. If you can't handle any negative feedback, you still don't have to start arguing about it. 8O
I'm new to this forum so I don't want to be a guy who get's all the hate by saying this, but I don't like to read these threads which turns into a "public fight"...
