Too much dude!! I am trying to correct my mistake with an improved investment policy... skipass, gloves (5 this season alone), boards etc...although I suspect withouth that MBA I wouldn't have the chance to meet you all over the place to carve the ice...
Ciao!!

Actually you are right.
I already concluded that the only benefit I have from going to school for 19 yrs is that I can have a job that pays well enough to go riding anytime.... otherwise my bosses suck my blood and take majority of my time. The beauty of working for a huge organization...

Well,
Back to the original post.
I'm one of the Vampire owners without placing my self in reach or stupid category.
I'd ordered this board on December and I took it with me in my winter vacations in Livigno.
Frank has done great job on the board and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The board longtually feels soft but stiff torchually.
When I took the board on the slopes it felt very smooth and dump without sacrificing its pivot and the edge to edge speed witch Virus boards are very well known also its edge hold is superb. The board rides longer than 175 something like a 185 board and I believe this due to its very shallow side cut and to its estimate radius of 13 meters. Its rounded tail allow the rider to have easier exit of the carve and turn to the other side effortless, I didn’t have this hook up feeling of the square tail during the carve though as much I pressed it through the carves I couldn't make it chatter or fold its nose.
Overall a superb one quiver board that can do everything from tight to long turns and highly recommended for steeps and icy slopes also very stable in speed and wide lazy turns. A true do it all board that worth every single cent of it.
For me its better to spent little bit more for a super board than for 2 or 3 so and so ones.
Regards, Aris.

So could you guys (Pogokoenig and Freecarver) compare these boards to Pogo Blitz and Prior Metal?
I don't have a chance to demo any of these boards, and I can't decide wich one of those to get.
Thank you very much

I have both, and even Pogo's are great boards, i would not pick board without metal, but it is just silly me
All depends so much what you look from board.

I think metal boards become a bit dull, I would not buy a board without carbon

I want them lively and responsive

The Vampire and the Blitz are hardly to compare - as philosophies are completely different.
The Blitz wants to be ridden very active while Vampire feels more comfortable and provides an Automatic-carve-feeling. Dampening in both boards is great, due to the Metal on the Vampire and the rubber in the Blitz. Both boards are built for highspeed, but Blitz seems to be more versatile in moguls and narrows. Otherwise the ice-grip of the Vampire is another league.
Depends on, what you like.
