What is Egyptian Style

Post by Ironmike » Sunday 5 August 2007, 13:24

Hi folks!

Please forgive me my lack of knowledge, but I've read it now several times and couldn't make head or tail of it and couldn't find an explanation of it in the forum...

What the hell is "EGYPTIAN STYLE"???????????????????????

Thanks for your patience and your answers.

it's the right body position for extreme carving... imagine the Egyptian picture!
with classic race style your body stay in front of the direction, but with "ec" style the shoulder point to the direction that you are following and when you go straight the position is the same as Egyptian picture
This is also the same position used for practice surf.

hei you all,
I just wondered what egyptian style was, however I could have figured it out. However when I was surfing on the side and saw the question and looked further I was really asthonished with the creativity off the swoarders and EC.ers. I couldn´t help laughing.
Really funny especially the pic of the piramide...
Viviane.

I have just been to Egypt and the Egyptians did not walk like Egyptians, only the Norwegian Extremecarvers did.
