Frankly if I had no northwaves, i would be ready to spend as much as 500 euros for a pair:

- they are the most comfortable shoes i had without mod
- they are great for EC
- they are strong
- they are better than the actual competition
- they are new

many reasons that would make me shell out so much cash for a pair...
ok i bought my two pairs 50 euros each

but still!

Nils: Are You the vendor?

-The buckles break
-The shell will break after a couple of years (faster, if they were not stored in the dark)
-They are not intec-compatible
-No spare parts available _ you have to manufacture your own parts, if spring mechanism breaks
-Rubber sole tends to be "eaten" by bront bail
-etc.

They are great, but they are not the best, one can imagine...

1 am not the vendor lol
2. i never broke anything on mine since i have them ( 4 seasons)
3 i dont like intec and will never use that system
4 soles are fine with me; still ok
5 parts are strong, only cables will brake from what i can see and there is the .350 one can find on ebay sometimes with same cables
6 i have not seen the plastic crack.. but maybe th .950 plastic is diffrent than the grey of the .900

You have to be careful with those boots for this price...........
Those boots has to be stored in a showcase. Must be a collectors item nowadays. I almost have a metal Schtubby X2 for this price
