I was older even in that photo

and all that stuff was bought just for boarding. I did nothing else on winter time but waiting ice melting away to be able start winsurfing before that winter

I hope you don't mind if I post a skiing pic, but in 1984 I hadn't even heard about snowboarding.

By the way, I still have pictures of me skiing in 1965 (no typing error) - but those are not so ugly - neon colours had not yet been invented at that time!

my first time (and almost the only) with a pair of skis when i was 6 years old (1991)
and one of my first time on a snowboard , i was 14 years old (1999)
