Interesting with all those manufacturers for so small niche. For windsurfing boards there mainly three manufacturers as far as I know. Are all these snowboard manufacturers technologically up to date, or is it easy and little demanding to make a carving board?

its easier to produce snowboards than surfboards/windsurf because it asks for less huge industrial processes....however its harder to make a good snowboard than to make a working windsurf, because shaping / designing a snowboard involves a lot of parameters that are not present in windsurf ( dynamic deformation of the board is inexistant in windsurf)..
i also heard that most windsurf were made today at the Cobra factory in Thailand...

Bic is the exception.
You can see it loking at the boards. They use a completely different technology.

Old Alpinepunks were made by Prior, new ones i dont know yet

And for readability list should perhaps be sorted by manufacturing country?

Alpinepunk is made by Prior. Rabanser supposedly are made by Georg Rabanser...although they really look like they have been made by Spirit as well...
Phiokka used to be made by Tropical Tube from a board that I saw last winter
