I need something like AM board

I already made this topic on the other forum, but I'd like to know what european guys think of this

I need a board that'd be the best possible for carving on ruined pistes and uneven snow with bumps, moguls and stuff.
Besides that, I'd like it to be quite good in powder.

I was thinking of Prior 4WD, Donek Axxesss, Coiler AM, Pogo Impact Freecarver, SG AM Alpine, maybe Virus Boardercross or any other board in this class.

I'd like a board to be as maneouverable as possible beacuse I don't want to waste to much energy on trying to avoid piles of snow

I'm 179 cm and cca 75 kg, and I was thinking of a board about 170 cm.

What are your suggestions and why?

But................ some metal boards will do the best in ruined pists by far now, like the Pennsnowboards made by Prior are a good choice, very good alrounder boards, will do all you desire in this topic, much value for your money. Or myself I ride a POGO Longboard 175, you can do this one with softies and hardboots (I am 85 kgs and 180cm). Never had a board with so much grip on ice and hardpack and fun in soft snow,rides long and short turns easily, high speeds, no shatter. Trees, no problems. Think this goes for the Pennboards also (you must ask Pokkis). My POGO is my everyday/everything-to-do board when conditions are uncertain or when it has dumped a lot. The radius of the POGO Longboard are smaller than the Penns, so I think a little more better in short turns which you need in the trees.

I have a Donek Axis / Access and it's a great versatile board for these conditions. I'm 174 cm / 77kg and use the 172.
Perfect for carving on soft snow, bumps, moguls. The main advantage of this board is the damping of the nose. Therefore the board is very confortable on bad snow conditions.
Radius is about 10m and the tail is rounded, so the board is really easy to turn.
Good also in powder, but with 21cm width it's not designed for intensive powder like a swallow ! Let say that 70% carving / 30% powder is a good ratio.
It seem that Prior 4WD and Coiler AM are more designed for freeride (50% carving / 50% powder), while Donek Axis is better for carving

So you say that Pogo Longboard or Donek Axis would be best choice for ruined pistes?
Could you please compare those two categories of sbowboards on piste in different snow conditions? I think it's obvious that Longboard's better in powder...
I don't have a chance to demo Pogo Longboard or Donek Axis, but regarding Pogo, I must say that Pogo Impact is the best board for groomed pistes I've ever stepped on!

Any other suggestions?

If you look for non-metal board then i would not forget Prior 4WD, which is great board to handle most of surfaces extremely well.

And did anybody try a Virus board from Free Carving Serie or SG board from AM Alpine Serie?
What's the difference between those European boards and American boards like Prior, Coiler or Donek all mountain boards?

SG AM Alpine 169 and
Prior 4WD 169.
