Center boots on binding?

Post by Böany » Friday 8 June 2007, 11:36

Just removed the canting from my bindings and now I wonder if the boots have to be centered on the bindings. I've got the Virus UPZ boots and I just realized a little mark in the middle of the sole-length... Maybe it's for the use of that hybrid-boot in ski-bindings, maybe not. Any ideas?

Arnaud wrote a very good post about the binding setup topic ...

Concerning the UPZ boot ...
I think the mark can be ignored.
Having such boots myself it seems to have more heel overhang than normal boots.
So don't wonder about having to set up your binding quite a bit in toe direction.
