How can i order this board in Russia ( I Live in Moscow)? I mean are there any difficulties ? How much (including shipping) it will cost approximately?
What kind of payment is more preferable? And what is "wire banking"?

Its real :)
We have already a some Swoard boards in east europe countries: latvia, estonia, poland, kazahkstan (!yes!). I think we also have a few in Russia, but cannot remember when it was!
Its basically not to hard:
Just use the order form, then i send you the pre-invoice( which gives all price infos, as well as bank details).
I have no idea about the shipping cost now for russia ( around 50-60 euros i think). Price of the board, excluding VAT is 650 euros. Since Russia is not in europe, you are likely to pay local custom taxes, as well as the local VAT. I have no idea of the amount of those expenses..
Delays: We are now reducing the delays, which were around 8 weeks. It should be around 6- 7 weeks now.
Hope this answers a few questions!

Thx for answering.
But I Have never ordered anything trough Internet (and by Post too!) so would u be so kind to explain me everything in details?
But at first I'll try to give my understanding of this process. So :
1) On ur web site i fill the order form,
2) Send the form to u,
3) You provide me with the details for the payment and the final price (but how, by e-mail? right?) Should I prepay at this step?
4) The board is shipping to me
5) It has come to my place
6) I get a notice from my post-office that it has come.
7) I go to the post-office give them money ( or give them a document to acknowledge i have transfered money on ur bank account? )
Happy go home with my new board
Thanks.

simple :)
1) On ur web site i fill the order form,
yes!
2) Send the form to u,
no its automatic when you press the send button!
3) You provide me with the details for the payment and the final price (but how, by e-mail? right?) Should I prepay at this step?
yes then you pay, according to the details on the pre- invoice. All bank details are on the pre-invoice
4) The board is shipping to me
yes it is shipped to you using DPD, a major german shipping company
5) It has come to my place
yes it comes directly to the delivery adress you specified
6) I get a notice from my post-office that it has come.
usually they will call you in case you are not there to ask when they can come back for the delivery
7) I go to the post-office give them money ( or give them a document to acknowledge i have transfered money on ur bank account? )
No need to go to post office because usually board is delivered directly.
Depending on your country the post or shipping company will ask for the custom tax and VAT payment either now, or send you an invoice for you to pay later... IT is likely in Russia they ask for payment now, or will not give the board!
Cool Happy go home with my new board Very Happy
Yes you will be happy

hehe :)
well...
price is 650 excluding VAT
shipping to russia i think around 50-60 but have to verify with Virus
the rest is at god's will....
there is the warranty that it is shipped using a good company, and we have tracking numbers etc... then if you live in the middle of Georgia i cannot guarantee that the board is not going to be hijacked by the mob
We shipped quiet a lot of boards, and even to Kazak country the board arrived!

DPD? does it work in Russia as well? Or does it ship the board untill the Russian border and then it hangs the packaget to some local post-delivery companies in Belorussia/Ukrain/Russia (depending on the rout) or maybe it isdelivered by air?
I doubt that the package will be hijacked in Russia (unless it is somewhere in Siberia or Chechnya) but I would really prefer DPD deliver the board themselves. (somewhow I trust german service much more than the local post service...).
Thanks

well
unless i ship myself in the box with the board, there is no way i can find who DPD gives the board to as local shipping company... I assume its Fex ex or UPS or any major company...
Trust them

Thank you for your reply,
hope I don't bother you too much, though
so - if DPD hangs the package to Fex or UPS - then these companies will also charge the delivery? So that the postman comes to my office with a number of invoces from Fex that I'll have to pay - and after that I get my zuper-board? Something like that?
Relentlessly yours,
