I will be in Kitzbuhel for two weeks at the end of January - how is it for hardbooting? Are there any carving instructors? Is there anywhere to hire or buy carving gear? where are the best runs?
Any help is appreciated
Cheers
Nigel

Hey Nigel,
Always a good thing when Kiwi´s are coming over! More vitamin C.
AFAIK the slopes are well prepared at the end of the day, so earley in the morning.......
For as an carvinginstructor, I´m not able to help, sorry.
Have fun!
Grtz

hi nznigel, the best slope for carving is definately the geissberg in kirchberg/kitzbühel, best preperation no crowds just racing kids from the local skiclub, renting carvinggear is not possible, buying perhaps, not sure.
two years ago i saw one instructor on carving gear but no certain carving classes. go to the habitat in kirchberg to meet australian and nz mates.
enjoy your trip
