Shoulder injury

Post by István » Thursday 10 November 2005, 12:31

What happened to you my friend Tom? Laid backside and a twist of the arm? Maybe with a bit of help from a fellow skier?

I had something like this in March - my shoulder still sounds like an old tractor....

All the best to you - show it to a doctor (not like I did...)

Cheers,

István

Hi and thank you for your sympathies!

My shoulder is not as bad as it feels, in fact I'm pretty fine. [more or less...]. If you use google to find somthing about bone bruise, you will know, what happened to my humerus when he crashed into the scapula ;). Of course I've seen the doctor, I'm German! There are some pretty pictures now showing the insight (inside) of the junction.

I had a great highsider on the lower end of Tiefenbachferner on Friday (two weeks ago), falling on my shoulder an my hip. Fortunately no surgery will be needed, and I expect to be back on snow soon (maybe six weeks). Maybe snowboarding on Saturday was not a good idea btw.

Best regards

skywalker,

Sorry to hear about your injury! Hope you get better soon.

One little thing I wanted to share (if you not already know)

Go and get yourself “Traumeel” (available in Germany) as a crème and as tablets. It’s homeopathic.
Also “Arnica” (Arnica montana), as well homeopathic.
Another great one is “Wobenzym”.
Al these product work very well on your kind injury. Trust me, I know

Good luck!

Ray

Hope that you ride hard soon!
