I quess it is called a powerboard. It has a small engine giving enough speed to run on flat surface. Nice fun, I think!

No, I haven't tried it on downhill. I think there is better equipement for that, like carveboards, carvesticks, longboards etc.
Anyhow, I purchaced it also from ebay just to give a try. It has been a nice toy to amuse myself and some friends, too.

Do you have brakes on it ? (for use in cars-filled-streets)
