The 2017 Gen 5 Swoard ExtremeCarver 175 Hard flex, Retail is $762US, I spent $833US for it with shipping last March. I covered it in a 3M protective film, (which you can remove) so top sheet is still immaculate and base is 9+ Swoard says ideal weight range is 190lbs - 220lbs. I used it maybe for two-three groomer days. 10-20 runs? Reason for selling - I have a Gen 4 (2015?) Swoard Extremecarver 175 Medium flex which I love and a Swoard 168 Dual which I loved, but the Swoard guys had been after me to get on (the supposed correct) "Hard" flex for my 225lbs. weight, so I did..... and I think it's Too stiff for my taste. Tuned and waxed $600US + shipping Paypal Only

Re: Swoard Gen 5 Extremecarver 175 H Flex $600
Hello Barry,
175H matches very well 95% of the riders in the range 87-100 kg, according to our long experience and our table below made over years:
Maybe you are in the 5% of the riders. As you are used to 175M, this can be an explanation. Or if you often ride hard snow and ice, you may feel more comfortable with the 175M, especially if you don't carve fast or aggressive.
Anyway, write us (same address as you used in March) and the team will talk more with you. There are always solutions for specific cases.

225 lbs = 102 kg, so 175H should be great for you.BJBusa wrote:I have a Gen 4 (2015?) Re: Swoard Gen 5 Extremecarver 175 H Flex $600
My weight is 82kg (180lbs) and the 175M EC Pro is perfect for me.
So, how could a 175 M be good for 220 lbs? That is not possible
.
I would say it´s dangerous - if you´re doing EC.
There must be other reasons if the 175 M seems to be good for 220lbs.
Only normal carving? I wonder which hardboots and bindings are used

Re: Swoard Gen 5 Extremecarver 175 H Flex SOLD!
Hi Patrice and Joemzl,
I can EC my Dual 168 and my Gen 4 Extremecarver 175 M flex......maybe that's the problem.....my experience is biased towards those softer boards
Also I'm 61 years old, maybe that's got something to do with it? Also here in CA it is Hero snow most of the time here, never hard or ice.
I think I'm an aggressive rider and I really like the pop/snap that lifts me off the ground coming out of the turns of the my Gen 4 175M......you have to have some speed to make that happen if that tells you about my riding style.
Boots are Deluxe 700
Bindings are Bomber TD3 Sidewinder Step Ins
Patrice, as for a "solution"
