You mean toe-side turn. This is actually a backside turn in surfing lingo, as Kelly 's back is to the wave.
In surfing, the wave determines the frontside or the backside. If the surfer is facing the wave it is a frontside turn which means a heel-side turn, You see this in the opening of the video.
