I think you don't understand a thing. C is the size of the shell not the liner actually there is 4 size of shell with northwave A (mondo 24 and under) B (mondo 25-26.) C mondo (27-28.) and D (mondo 29 and over).
So what you need isn't a C liner but a mondo 27 liner.
