Swoard Demo Tour - Pila - Italia - 15-16 Marzo 2025

Swoard organizza la terza tappa dello Swoard Demo Tour. Un evento interamente dedicato allo Snowboard, aperto a tutti: hardboot e softboot. Durante l'evento sarà possibile testare le Swoard Extremecarver Gen 5, Extremecarver Pro 2, Dual 2 e il nuovo modello softboots Stoke, assistere a dimostrazioni di Extreme Carving, e perfezionare la propria tecnica.
Un evento unico che riunisce appassionati ed esperti del settore, l'occasione per acquisire informazioni sulle tecniche di conduzione e condividere esperienze, per conoscere i segreti della manutenzione e del settaggio ottimale della tavola. Personale qualificato istruttori e professionisti, risponderanno alle vostre domande durante tutto il corso dell'evento.
Durante l'evento saranno disponibili delle tavole Swoard Demo.

Swoard Demo Tour - Pila - Val d'Aoste - Italie - 15-16 Mars 2025

Swoard organise la 3ème étape du Swoard Demo Tour. Un évènement ouvert à tous (hardboots et softboots) dédié à la pratique du carving.
Pendant l'évènement il sera possible de tester les Swoard Extremecarver Gen 5, Extremecarver Pro 2, Dual 2 et Stoke, d'assister à des démonstrations d'extremecarving, et de perfectionner sa technique.
Un évènement unique qui réunit les passionnés et experts du carving, l'occasion de discuter de la technique du carving et d'échanger expériences et conseils avec les autres participants. Les membres du team Swoard seront disponibles pour répondre à vos demandes concernant la technique ou le matériel.

Certains diraient...
Tant que tu n'as pas fait le SDT de Pila, t'as raté ta vie d'extremecarver... Mais que dire des autres SDT, Zinal (notre La Mecque à nous), Hintertux (le glacier de nos rêves), sans compter ceux d'une autre époque, Courchevel et ses pylônes , sans oublier l'ambiance inégalée des pyrénéens de Peyragudes...

2024, devait venir clôturer, le dernier SDT non réalisé!!!
Compte tenu de mes exploits (en VTT) à l'automne 2023...

L'occasion se présentait d'aller réaliser une petite rééducation en janvier 2024 dans cette fameuse station de Pila!!
L'échauffement démarrait d'entrée avec la Bosco, 4 fois de suite... J'avais tellement bossé le haut du corps chez le kinésithérapeute, que j'en ai oublié les jambes, que je perdis dès la 3 ème Bosco...
S'enchaina la 8, le Canalino etc... jusqu'à cette fameuse Diretissima!!!!
Alors OUI, c'est confirmé, cette piste noire est bien la plus pentue jamais vue en condition damée (d'ailleurs, jamais de la vie, je monte dans la dameuse qui prépare cette piste ).
Pour la première fois depuis extrêmement longtemps, j'ai fait un refus d'EC frontside (elle ne concerne que les Regular, les autres arrivant en backside sur cette partie de la piste). Il m'a fallu 2 descentes pour l'apprivoiser... Mais une fois compris, quel régale et quelle accroche phénoménale!!!!

Point important : ATTENTION : Tous les noms de pistes que vous citeront les swoardiens et Italiens n'existent pas!!! En effet, ils ont rebaptisé d'un autre nom, à peu près toutes les pistes... Me demandez pas pourquoi... faut voir avec eux Donc le plan des pistes ne vous servira à rien!!! lol

Après ce périple de janvier, un Zinal 2024 dans les jambes, j'étais prêt à m'attaquer à mon dernier SDT jamais réalisé, à savoir Pila!!!!
C'était sans compter sur la météo, qui après m'avoir montré que Pila est en effet l'un des temples du carving et l'extremecarving, cette station se révélait être aussi, un temple de la poudreuse!!!!
Le SWOARD DEMO TOUR, se transforma en STOKE DEMO TOUR, avec 3,5 jours NON STOP de neige vierge...
1ère trace sur la bosco avec 20 cm de fraiche dessus (je crois qu'on a même pas fait un virage de haut en bas)
La forêt enchantée (cherchez pas, elle non plus, elle n'est pas répertoriée sur le plan des pistes) quelles sessions incroyables, particulièrement avec Christopher et Arnaud!!
Tous les bords de pistes bien sûr, refait en vierge le soir, puisque plus de 60 cm étaient tombés dans la même journée
Mais surtout, les descentes d'anthologies, sur Couis 1 (autour de la Diretissima notamment) le lundi à l'ouverture, puis le mardi, idem à l'ouverture sur Couis 2... en compagnie de Malorie, Patrice et Arnaud... tous surplombés d'un ciel totalement ensoleillé!
On terminait le mardi après midi, avec une séance d' EC tout aussi mémorable!!!!!

Même dans mes rêves les plus fous, je n'aurai pas cru à une session aussi fantastique!!! Seul regret, ne pas avoir pu prendre plus de temps à rider avec d'autres compères, notamment les pyrénéens... Mais, quand la poudreuse est là, il n'y a plus d'amitiés qui tiennent!!!

Et la cerise sur le gâteau a été le formidable accueil de nos amis Italiens (à se demander si ils sont italiens, ils parlent tous francais! lol) et tout particulièrement le meilleur d'entre eux, le bien nommé FLAVIANO!!! Tellement agréable, et quelle FORME à presque 70 ans!!! GRAND RESPECT!!!! J'espère avoir la même que toi au moins à 60ans!

Si vous avez tenu la lecture jusqu'ici! N'attendez plus, dites à votre patron ou vos employés que vous ne serez pas là à la mi mars et inscrivez-vous ci-dessous!!!!!!
