Hi guys this evening , I was in a shop asking for more strong springs for the bails of my TD2,
Well the guy have said me that they send all tipes of springs for all tipe of machines, to a factory which built custom-springs adapted to all necesityes of size and strong for all kind of works.
Tomorrow I 'll send em mine TD2 springs, perhaps they built me some identical springs but much more stronger.
If they can built me a more stronger springs for the bails I'll keep inform to all of you .

How much did u pay to replace the part?
And by the way, what angles and stance are u riding? (I am still trying to set my 175 the right way (55°/50 and 51 cm- but might increase it to 53 to follow the "new" height/3.5 rule)
I paid about US 90 I think for changing my TD2 SI into standard. When I got the parts, I saw that the standardfrontbail was going/lay down at my board. I was not happy with it. So I used the parts from the SI frontbail with the parts of the standardfrontbail. I used the SIfrontbail and exchanged part 7 (SI) with part 13 (standardbail). So if you have a standard TD2 you need all the parts from the frontbail of the SI to do this mod.

You can't just make a spring by yourself and plug it in, because the parts with the spring in it are just custommade.
My stance angles are 53/47, stancewidth is centered (just try and error, no math, I think this is almost useless, no man is the same, what feels the best, works the best for me).
Greets, Hans.

Thanks a lot. I'll ask Fin to bring some of the front bails with springs down in Zinal.
