Hello
I' d like to know your opinion about these inserts :
I' ve mounted for mistake the bindings with too much long screws, and
in consequence of this I' ve unscrewed the inserts ( I mean to unscrew, not to rip ) from the board of about 2mm....I think that there' s no way to screw the inserts again, but what do you think about , is it still safe to use this board ?
bye
Lorenzo

hmmm
well..
you can maybe try to put resin at the bottom of the insert ( in case it is an open insert ( no bottom) and inject resin with a needle ( araldite glue or epoxy). What happenned is you separated the woodcore+ inserts from the fiberglass on the bottom. Only way to solve the problem would be to glue them back again using the technique above, with a clamp on each insert ( to press them down.
And burn a candle at the nearest church might help too...

thank you nils....! I' m thinking about the church thing ...
I' ve inspected better the board and I' ve seen that the base, under the board, has followed the inserts :
under the base you can see little depression under the inserts position, may be that the woodcore and the base are still togheter, so perhaps
the board structure is still intact but deformated ?
....I' m still searching for some candle !
