Hi Pokkis,
It was nice hearing from you and notifying me about Oppdal carving camp. Everything is fine with me, but it has not been so much carving the last couple of years, mostly skiing and especially powder skiing. Both in 2013 and 2014 Hans and I together with two friends went to Canada for two weeks, on and off-piste skiing at various resorts such as Sunshine (Banff), Lake Louise, and Revelstoke. In Revelstoke we also did heliskiing. This season, we will not go to Canada, but Hans and I will go to Zinal with piste and powder skis February 15 to 22.
Then we will go to Oppdal the week after you, from March 8 to 13. Hopefully, we will have snow the coming winter because this winter (2014) we had to cancel the Oppdal trip due to lack of snow.

The first slope will open here in Oslo Tuesday 23. My ambition is to use my board more this winter and to be able to still do the laid turns.

Although the winter is not so good in Oslo yet, the mountain resorts are very good and Western Norway is drowning in snow.

Have a very nice Christmas Holiday.

All the best,
Harald

Hi Harald
Long time no see! It was good to hear you guys are doing well! It would have been nice to see both of you in Zinal or Oppdal. We also skip 2014 Oppdal but this year cannot stay away!

I wish you every success and good linked lay down turns :bravo:

Just quick notice,
this was last Oppdal Carving Camp due we were so badly scammed by Europcar Norway Gardemoen.
Never Europcar anymore anywhere and no more Norway carving for me.
Be warned about them
