------------------------------------------------------
A family spirit and an excellent atmosphere reigned over this nice Session! The bad weather on Sunday doubtless contributed to it because we moved the stand partially inside a warm room of the restaurant with direct access to the snow. Saturday was a beautiful extremecarving day, with the sun but however a snow which was a bit too soft. On Monday, in the sun too, many participants devoted to freeriding with 30 cm of fresh snow fallen at night!
We saw many new faces, as numerous repeat participants and friends.
This Session was marked by the announcement of the results of the Swoard Film Contest. The list of winners is in this topic. The movies are also available on the YouTube channel here.

Warm thanks to all the people who helped Swoard before and during the three days. Without them, this event would not exist.
Not in alphabetical order: Julien, Christian (the cameraman who replaced Pierre), Romain, Marc, Jean-Pierre, Laurent, Arnaud, Anthony, François, Alex, Petr, Oleg, Rafal, Tali, Natasha, José, Valérie, Mallorie, Joerg, Jean-Manuel (the photographer and film editor) and all the people who helped to prepare the main hall on Friday afternoon.
PHOTOS
- Our official photographer Jean-Manuel has shot some beautiful pictures on Saturday, despite the quite soft snow, like the ones you can see below.
The pictures will be available on the Facebook page soon.
- Pierre, the usual cameraman, could not joint because of his ill wife. But Christian took over behind the camera. Jean-Manuel edited a very cool film in which we see many participants. The movie has been screened during the Saturday dinner:

Since there is a new cable linking Grimentz and Zinal, it is also possible to get a room in Grimentz and access the slopes quickly. Zinal resort, with only 300 beds in the hotels, was becoming too small.
See you soon for new emotions!
