SWOARD: arrived and tested

Post by robi950rally » Tuesday 13 January 2009, 15:33

Great board! Thank you!

I immediately found another carver in Cervinia whose name is Greg from South Africa.

We enjoyed our boards during the week end together with Alicia from Poland and other 2 friends from UK.

Hello Robi,

Did it take a long time to ship the board?

After the bank transfer (which usually takes 1-2 working days), the boards are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In Switzerland the shipping takes 1-2 days only. In Europe it's quick with DPD: 4-5 days depending on the country... and the guys at the customs. ;-) Outside Europe it's a bit longer of course. You can follow your Swoard on its way to you with a tracking number.
