We have shipped almost all personnal orders. The shop orders shall be shipped tomorrow or thursday .
After next week, shippings will be almost instant after payment is received until there is no stock ( no worries we are still ahead of your orders)...

For those that are far away, would be nice to hear from you when you receive the board so we know its there ( we can check the tracking numbers but it take ages !)

We have just learned the following...there is a small problem with shippings using DPD in europe.
DPD does not accept to do DDU shippings: (DDU is when the shipping company collects the VAT from the client.)
We have quite a few boards shipped with DPD that are stuck in the DPD wharehouse near Zurich. We are working on a quick solution with our logistics company for the german and french orders ( DDU will be possible it seems..). All other countries will be shipped using TNT. It means there will be a few days delay for the other europe countries because we need to transfer the boxes to TNT before shipping them again.

- No extra cost is required ( Swoard will take care of the extra € that TNT is asking)
- New delivery prices will be applied as soon as we know TNT offer... it is likely there is a small rise in prices compare to what DPD offered, but again DPD has ...lied to us about beeing able to DDU. People that received pre-invoices will also benefit from the old prices ( lucky you...)

What it means in resume:

- All boards to swiss and extra europe: no problem
- All boards to europe: Germany / France: quick solution ( today / tomorrow)..all other countries: early next week using TNT or fedex depending on the quotes we get...

Shipping to the whole world is a real nightmare! Please accept our apologies for this small inconvenient...

Ok good news:
- All orders to France and Germany are shipped within DPD network with normal DDU system
- All other euro boards are shipped using super speedy express TNT (extra cost is our xmas gift to you ) it means the boards will be shipped back to our logistics place this friday ( this is why if you check your DPD tracking it says there is a problem), then monday will be reshipped using TNT...sorry bout the inconvenient

168 and 175 will arrive to the warehouse tomorrow, and shippings will be started thursday!! all those waiting for the S and M since ages will get their wishes fullfilled !

The 161's are under final process, and should arrive next tuesday at the warehouse...shippings ok for next thursday ( 10 days argh)! S-M-H will be available!!

Hello Nils,
good to get some news, I will bite my teeth the next ten days!!!!
Almost cannot wait to ride it.
