Soon there will be an online boardshop in Holland

Post by A carver from Holland » Thursday 19 December 2002, 7:57

Hi all,

Since i am a carver and the fact that there are no good shops in Holland to buy alpine boards and related stuff, made me decide to set up a online boardshop to accomodate the Dutch carvers and to keep our sport alive. Besides buying stuff in the shop, i will also provide you with information on several topics.

Maybe even selling EC-boards (looking at J&P) in Holland? Who knows ;-)

Only two more weeks and i will go to Tignes to finally try the EC-technique for real (with a Speedster RS and Conshox plate). I will definitely bring my camera and send the result to extremecarving.com!

Well all, have a great X-mas and a good carving year in 2003!

Good Idea!

Some advice (possibly even useful) from a fellow dutchie:
-Contact Bomber to see whether you can sell their bindings
-Try to set up a dutch carving community of some sort
-Contact Ripstar snowboard school in Kaprun (Sjoerd Remmelink, brother of Thedo, one of the few places where they organize carving courses).

Hi Nils,

I have been in sales for over 4 year and am currently marketing manager with a Dutch Internet Service Provider. Furthermore, my partner is a specialist in building websites and online shops. Together we should be able to launch this project.

If you get to speak to J&P.....i am interested in selling the ec-baords in Holland and would like to talk to them about this (if they are interested in making money of course :-) )

Ciao,

Arjan
