Dear community EC Swoard
I'm a new member of EC. At the moment I’m riding old F2 X carve, but I’m thinking to buy Swoard for EC. I’m an experience snowboarder and with this old board of mine can’t EC because board is to small for me.
I’m 182 cm tall and have 82 kg and have 8,5 foot size.
What Swoard do you suggest for me, remember that I’m an expert rider and driving only alpine board.
What Swoard to buy

Hi Marko
I would choose a 168H which will fit perfectly your foot size and weight.
Which model : Gen 5 or Pro 2 ?? Both are great board for EC. The Gen 5 is more afordable and really perfect to learn EC. Pro 2 has a better dampening, useful for bad snow conditions, but is more expensive due to its very specific construction.

Re: What Swoard to buy
So, you are saing that I don't need higher board than 170cm?
I have F2 snowboard 2007 x carve or speed carve something like that and it is too short and I can't EC because when I try my nose dives into the snow and I stop of fall down...
i was thinking to buy 175cm?

Considering your height and weight, you could also buy a 175M, but your feet size being 8.5 (mondo 27.5) you don't need the extra width given by the 175. The width of the 168 will allow you to lay down without boot dragging.
Of course the 175 is also an option, but this board will be less easy to drive.
Nose diving is not only a matter of length but depends also of width and construction !
With the latest generation of boards, many riders here switched to a shorter board
