Swoard ordering

Post by Marc Andre Panet-Raymond » Thursday 20 January 2005, 23:18

Hey Nils, I've been, as you wished, patient. And I'm thrilled to hear all the good news. Now I need some advice, as you can see I live in the states and I have two concerns. First, Will I be able to order the EC2 for state side delivery? Second, regardless of the answer to the first question, when will I be able to send you funds to reserve a board prior to production? I'm thinking this is sort of like ordering a Porsche!! Yes?! I know the conversion will be an issue, but a small one as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for the advice.

As most of you know, the boards are not ready yet, and we are scheduling the things as follow
- Zinal ECS05> few demos of 2D ( if they can be ready at time)
- End of Februray first shop receives the boards
- 3D under developpment until further notice .

We are not ready for taking early orders on the 3D because it implies knowing the final price, and availabilities!
Yes we take time, but remember it is a slow process, and also that we have full time jobs and the factory is not in the next street!
Quality needs its share of patience ;)

Nils

Nils, when you said that the first shop receives boards does that mean they won't be able to be shipped to the states?

The 2D is a board we are not going to sell directly but through shops.
Step one - Euro shops
Step two - North american dealer

Meanwhile the 3D development is under way so they might be ready when the 2D has reached shops far way!
i guess the first euro shops will be able to ship to North america before we get a dealer there...

Nils, Thanks for replying. When do you think you will be able to release the names and contact information for the euro shops so that I might be able to make arrangements with them?

Thanks, Marc

What will be the price of the 2D model?
Will it be the same for every country within the EU?
If the price is not known now, when will it be publicized?
