168 S flex.
The 168H is ready and can be ordered directly from orders@swoard.com .
The flexes S, XH and XS which have less demand are finished last. Patience is required for such custom-like boards, thanks.

Hey Nils suggested this for tuning Pro 2 edges:
Normal edge tuning: 90°
Better: -1° base and total 90°
Even Better: -1° and total 89° using tooltonic technique ( check the videos online from tooltonic.ch on youtube)

Will the "Better" or "Even Better" tuning for the Swoard Dual also??

Is the "Best" Edge tuning Nils mentioned - 1° and total 89 ...... for specific conditions......like icy...
Or can this tuning be used on any condition with all Swoards, Dual, Gen 5 and Pro2????

Its all a matter of taste, there is no rule

fine tuning a board with more agressive angles takes longer and is not easy if you have many boards and skis to prepare.
I ride my EC boards with 89° total and -1° on base, and the dual with same setting because my tools are all set for the same, but my powder board ( swallowtails) are at 90° with no base angle.

Dual could have a bit of edge desharpening on the tips ( like 10-15cm long detuning making the edge less sharp) so its a more cooler ride and less prone to catch an edge, depending on riding level.
Detuning is also a matter of taste and riding level...even very good riders detune some boards depending on their program, where they will ride etc..

there is many article on the forum, and many info on tooltonic website about edge tuning for those who want info...I am using the tooltonic rotofinish that saves lots of time.

The Swoard team told me my angles were too steep... " so you could reduce your binding angles (for example to 52° front / 45° rear) and thus get powerful turns on toes and heels"

52/45 ?? My question is what binding gives you the ability to make 1 degree changes to get to a 52 degree angle??

Answers have been given on various places, including on home page. For small size 161, as well as S, XS and XH flexes, more time is required (because of less demand). With 25 references of 3 boards, made like custom, production is slow.
Thanks!
