Which Swoard board model ?

Hi there,

Please have a look at the enclosed Swoard table.

I would appreciate your advice on which board to choose ?

My weight is 70 kg, I am 1,72m tall.

Would the board 161 H be the ideal one for me ? Or 168 M ?

I am 25 year experienced, alpin board.

I see that you got several replies in your subject posted in French: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=13662

I confirm 168M because of your goals and feet size (Euro 42).
But if you were used to small boards in the past, and high bindings angles (in a race style = the chest facing the board tip all the time = not Swoard rotation technique), you could go for 161H.

Please accept my sinceres apologies for the delay in my answer (travelled abroad with very limited Internet access, and crazy busy at work since back). So all my apologies.

And thank you so much for your kind answer, very much appreciated.

Noted your advise to go to to 168M.

I am riding a HOT, indeed chest facing the board, the slopes, to get the speed. 25 years snowboard but no carving.

I also received valuable and experienced comments in the French discussion :

- Advised 168M
- Boots no Deeluxe but UPZ
- And most important is the SDT 2019 on 23-24 March in Courchevel !

I called Sebastien Henry to do the training course, sent me back a text message informing he is in Japan and asking to drop him an email. Do hope there is a space available to do the training with him.

In Courchevel, to get into this carving activity with Sebastien , I am planning to rent Swoard boards from Krakatoa and test boards and boots.
