SWOARD ECS 2012: question

Hello everybody,

I'm new to this forum, but I think we will meet soon in Zinal. I read the Swoard website and I completely agree with the philosofy of the grounders.
My big question: I want to come to ecs in Zinal with a friend, she is a good and experienced snowboarder, but may not want to try or ride an alpine board for 3 days.
Will that be a problem? What I want to say/ask is, ofcourse normally everybody can do whatever he/she likes on te slopes, but in this case I want to know before we drive all the way, wether the organisation or the participants see any problem in one participant that may want to try, but rather ride her own board on softboots in an event like this.

Please, organiser or participants, let me know, because w're coming over.

All participants are welcome. Remember that this is not only a extremecarving event. We have many riders using softboots and coming to Zinal to try our freeride / freecarve board DUAL !
Also some skiers are present.

Hello,

Some participants come with their wife who is skiing. So no problem to bring your love. She can participate in the dinner too.
Note that we also have demo boards for soft boots: the DUAL model. Most of us will use it if we get fresh snow.
