Carve RS/Intec

Post by Haettenschweiler » Saturday 17 December 2011, 10:14

Hi,

Somebody gave me his Carve RS bindings. I've got the F2 Intec Titanium myself.
The Carve RS can be easily mounted on the F2 Intec base. The two put together wouldn't that make F2 Race Titaniums?

Should work - try it.
When you mount the screws, take care of correct placement of the inserts in the base plate. :!:

Carve RS is softer and more flexible than the Titanium but it should be no problem with the combination.

Hi, I've done the other way and it worked.
They are fully interchangable.

I don't have the bindings any more, but you have just to unscrew from carve rs the front and the rear bail and screw them on the intec titanium.
I've done it on a pair of titanflex, but you have just to tear out the dampers

and they become a pair of intec titanium
I've done the work using a pair of Proflex freecarve paid 50 euro new on ebay.de which are cheaper than buying the spare F2 parts.
