Spring carving photos.

It's nice when you start to have more light and sunshine in the spring - even up in the north!

The backside is improving

In the photoes are you using the new ACSS for DeeLuxe?
Also I've bought it but I haven't still used.
How is your setting?

Yesss. ACSS and it works like a charm. I have not modified the boots by cutting away plastic, since I haven't felt any need for that.
If you mean setting as ACSS setting, there's really nothing to tell. The springs are quite loose - I like them that way.

The Board is a 177cm Coiler VSR.
It has a slight rocker nose, variable sidecut radius (hence the name VSR) with 3 different sidecuts and sweet titanal layer. Grips really easily 8)

Also I haven't modified the boots by cutting away plastic and also for me the springs are quite loose but on the carpet the feeling seems good.
I mean your setting (binding flat? angles? board width? set-back?).

The center width is 22.5cm and the sidecut radiuses most likely 11.5/14.2/13.2m.
I'm 186cm tall and the stance width as I recall is around 51cm at the moment (had 53.5cm and last season Rey suggested me to narrow it down, which I did for this season and it does help. So remember to listen to the Prophets :P )

The bindings are pretty much in the center, but haven't measured what that actually means - so whether there is a setback in the suggested stance.

The angles are what I get from the Fuego test eg. as small as possible with no overhang on either side. As a result, the front and rear angle are the same.

Of course the bindings are flat. It says in the Book that this is the only correct way :) So I'm trying to follow the book with a few adjustments; 1) The Board is no longer the Original. 2) I'm using step-ins (lazy me) 3) with the angles, the overhang is the key. But this should be ok if we interpret the Book according to the new Scripts - as Rey said, he actually has smaller angle on the front binding.

Yes.

Getting pressure on the cant is the point. And when you have your heels / toes as close to the cant as possible, you get better pressure on the cant, compared to the situation where you have bigger angles
