Merry Xmas

Rafal, comparing with your video of flexing a Deeluxe track 335, how far goes your old raichle's forward flex? On mine, I'm not flexing that much.

The 1st time I read about your mod on old raichle boots, I was already in the ski resort with no tool, so I only unlocked the lower fastener (2nd from the top, right?). I could get some more flex but not as much as that of track 325. :wall:

My Raichles are seriously cut. The mod has taken about 3 hours and I have moved lower fastener about 2,5cm upwards. I have to make some photos. The flex is very big. I mean not different from what I had in my INDY's .

Pics soon...

Thanks, looking forward to them :)

Long works ahead but I have time, carving season is over for me  I have a year to prepare the boots

I was re-reading the thread and was interested by Sorro's posts and works on his old boots. I'll compare your works and his and see which one i can reproduce with my little DIY skills

I also noticed Mirek's video, quite an impressive forward flex, but when comparing with my boots, I saw that the canting setup was different. It seems that Mirek's setup is high while mine is low (the round part is close to the cable buckle, less forward flex I suppose)

Anyway, at least I can explore different ways to increase the flex :bravo:

Hi Raf.
Got my new ACSS installed last week end on Deeluxe 325, tested yesterday. No mod for now.
Man, your ACSS system really really rocks!
I was riding an old Burton Alp (1998) and was now easily able to get a low and stable carving (usually quite tough to achieve on this very rigid board).
The biggest benefit for me was the radically improved stability of the carve on rough snow and much less fatigue in the legs.
 :clap2: :clap3: :bravo:

Hi Abrax,
No replies here yet - so do you think we can arrange a purchase or should I go with BTS? Worse or not I'd like a system for the season. 8)

Thanks!

Hi guys, currently there are some 2010 - non galvanized systems in stock. Colored should be available in a week after the ECS.

Price is still 55 euro shipped. Nothing has changed.

Springs: Actually I am testing 3 sets of stiffer springs.
1: a set commonly known
2: 2x stiffer springs, PASSES TESTS :-)
3. 3x stiffer springs. (UNDER INVESTIGATION)

Info about the springs will be posted here after the ECS.
