Frederic, I'll check the situation and will give you precise info today. I'm sorry.
Guys, my company has just finished the tax inspection. This has taken almost 2 weeks out of my life. It was a true hell and it has been finished yesterday at 8 am. I'm doing my best with all this stuff but this is very complicated this year. I'll keep you posted on things. If anything was not yet sent -> I'll send it till Saturday. If it was sent it will be inspected soon. So please stay calm, each parcel will be sent this week.

Frederic, your parcel has been sent today. I'm sorry for this delay. I had a really bad time with this inspection last weeks.
Finally it's all OK here and with my company, but this has caused some delays which were not expected.

So guys: 2010 models sent. All.

Galvanized models: Guys, sorry but you will have to wait a bit. Yesterday I've taken parts which were prepared for further galvanizing and I've realized that chemicals are out of date. I've already ordered them but the next supply will come on Friday. So I will prepare the systems on Saturday and will send them on 25th of February.

Hope you will understand this. I can propose you a 10% rebate because of this situation (for the few persons who wait more than 3 weeks for the springs so far).

Hi everybody,
this post only for let u know that ACSS (for Head Strato Pro - by Arnaud) can fit also on Burton Winds with very simple modification.
You can follow Head's Stratos Pro instructions.

Many thanks to Abrax and Arnaud for every advice

Here you are the pic!

Cheers,
Alvin

Hi everybody,

Just for a question to know if I have no chance or if everybody had the same problem than me. I live in France and I contacted Abrax for an ACSS system for Deeluxe. I sent him money by paypal and then nothing. I have received nothing and when I contact him, he doesn't answer me.

May be, i was swindled by this guy. Inform me please. What must I do?

Mandrak.

Hi Mandrak,

be patient, Abrax is absolutely honest and reliable. He is probably just busy or on holiday.
In addition, sending something from Poland to Germany takes about 7 days. To France it might take even longer.
And remember, Abrax does not produce his ACSS to get rich (otherwise the price would be much higher) but because he is a really nice guy. I met him personally at the Swoard Demo Tour in Lenggries.
So give him some more time (perhaps another 1 or 2 weeks). Your ACSS will surely arrive.

Christian (grateful owner of an ACSS) :bravo:

Hi everybody,

Christian, thanks a lot for your help :-)

Mandrak and all the rest of you who have ever felt wrong because of any kind of delay: I will finally send all the dalayed systems within few hours. However one more day is not so important as there is no snow and you simply can't ride right now. I can't excuse this kind of delay but I will try to be honest and describe this weird situation once again:

The whole problem is that galvanizing takes several hours and has to be made in a row (It's because I've decided to make it with the chemicals and not with the electric process). At the far beginning I've told you that I can send the 2010 models right on time and I don't have a stock of galvanized models. You have decided to wait for the galvanization process. Nobody would expect that this will take any longer than 1-2 weeks which I have stated to be enough with my problems that time.

Of corse, my fault is that I didn't write what's happening and I am so much late right now. I apologize.

My will is to make the carving easier for all of you and this is why I've invented and produced the system for Raichle/Deeluxe. However I'm usual guy as all of you dealing with life, it's problems, money, market and all my customers in my company. During the summer - the winter is somewhere there on a third place, because I have to earn money to live. To swindle anyone is not an option. It's not the way it looks like, despite the fact that I'm so much delayed.

It's weird to blame all those problems constantly but this is exactly how this 2013 looks like so far.

Mandrak, I think about the right way to make it a bit easier for you, and I have finally finished all my problematic jobs last week. I'm still waiting for some minor problems to clear out but I am finally able to react in any sense.

In few days this situation will be over and I hope that you will finally mount the springs in your boots and your smile will be there once again.

I'm not trying to swindle anyone and this is not an option at the end. Everything will have it's happy end in few days.

Thank you for all your patience and understanding.

Hello all!

ACSS this year is a bit delayed. I've decided not to collect orders until I will have the stock produced. So please wait a bit more.

The first stock comes with 30 ACSS sets made as pure aluminum / stainless steel models (2010 model) so don't worry it will be on time and everybody will get their systems :-)

Please be patient, I need one more week -> systems are already produced.
