Hi Sito

Instead of adding new inserts, you can also take new bindings with the ability to shift the distance. Many bindings have this ability. E.g Bomber, F2 and many others.
Bomber has the ability to shift in discrete positions of 1cm. And I think F2 hast the ability to shift continious.

It's possible, but i would not recommend it. You would have to drill a hole throught the bottom to put them in, about 1cm all the way through and 2 cm the first few mm to get the bottom of the insert through. The hole in the base is easy to fix properly, but it is practically impossible to fix the hole in the bottom laminate, so you'll end up with a weak spot in your board.
