actually...the record was set another time in courmayeur.. 3.3 second before landing.. didn't use the board after that for 1 year.

It looks like hunting opening - many hunters in Russia are making the choice to take the rifle and cartridges to first hunt or not

but in any case this is only used to shoot empty vodka bottles

We have a huuuuuge areas covered by forest

so, people are well distributed across, so number of victims will be not that much

. Usually hunters do charge a person who do not drink ( the biggest guy in the gang ) to look after the people - he makes sure that this still a fun and not potentially come to a homicide.

BTW - this situation really much better than in USA for example where weapon is widely avaliable.

you need to help them grow their population by appropriate means
