For those of you who can read English or a Scandinavien language, there is a new and excellent weather site ran by the Norwegian Broadcasting and the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. The adress is:
www.yr.no . The site has access to 7 million observations around the world.
Pick the language by clicking in the upper right corner.
The report gives you the state of the art and the weather 7 days ahead. hans

I would learn Scandinavian if someone can assure that those guys can predict weather conditions with high accuracy

Our Meteocenter in Moscow do not provide accurate forecasts for Moscow region, but they also issue forecasts for 5000 locations
