Catek OS2 Combi Discs: Off axis loading issue?

Post by Gunnar » Sunday 3 February 2008, 20:53

I have tried to find more info about the off axis loading issue on the Combi Discs (whith 4x4 + 3-holes..) as mentioned in the bottom here: http://www.catek.com/resources/CATEK_Tech_Notes.pdf
Whats the problem? Can it damage the board?

The new Cateks have a relative small contactsurface. So I would advise to use the D3 Elastomer Upgrade Kit and with a metal board some Lexan spacers.
