SWOARD ECS 2008 VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Hi Swoarders,

please find here attached the volunteer program planning. We really need your help to make this new edition of the ECS2008 more comfortable for each of us.

What is the advantage to help us ?
1. Get the chance to win an Swoard Extremecarver new generation !!!! More session you take more chance you have to win the board.
2. Free lunch on the slope. ( 1 drink + 1 sandwich + 1 soup )
3. Win some Swoard goodies
4. Satisfaction to be helpfull
5. You can touch Jacques and Patrice

How to register to the volunteer program ?
1. See the attached .pdf file and choose the session number you want.
2. Write in this tread the volunteer session NUMBER .
3. Send me an e-mail to : webmaster@swisscarving.com with your name-nickname and session number.

Task Definition:

Permance Stand : Stay at the Swoard stand and help people to choose their demo boards + service of sandwich soup and drinks to ECS participants + answer questions etc...

Material Handling : We need your muscle to help us to bring material and build/unbuild the stand

Evening help : to help to arrange the tables and the chairs + 1 person to help to distribute the T-shirts

P.S: We have many free place for each session number !! Example : SESSION 8 = 7 PERSON NEEDED

the EC instructor places are full. That's the reason why they are RED

The Swoard team already make his choice on this person.

Sam, I know it is already somehow described in the pdf, but could you tell us a little better what the various tasks consist of? For example, the Permanence Stand.. what's that? Do u have to stand where, doing what?

Hi Patrix,

the video session are a bit special because 2 ECS participants are cameraman professional and we hope that they could take a maximum of session.
Please check in the file and give me the exact session number you want to take and we will give you a feedback as soon as possible.
