The movie (in .wmv format) (about 15 Mbytes) that kurtsk8 has assembled with the didactic parts for the push-pull technique can be found on the site that I use for sharing documents. here it is: http://www.4shared.com/file/38113173/df ... ull_2.html
However, if you follow the link above, it will first download the entire movie in a window inside your browser. Only when that is completed, you get to see a button labeled "download" with which you can capture it locally. Of course, different browsers and different setting might make this somewhat different and perhaps you can download it directly, without waiting for the complete display of the movie.
Alternatively, I have parked the same file on the server at my university.

This is somewhat easier to use, as for most of you a click on the file name will simply offer you to save the file locally.
I will leave it there for some time - but eventually I might need to remove it.
Also: thanx to kurtsk8 for the good work on putting together a very useful film where the push-pull moves are clearly seen.
Ah: while I am at it: I will put on the university server the mirror images of those that I took from the extremecarver.com archives, with the 3 frames/sec sequence of pictures that Vahur Krouverk has assembled from the movie "Lifted". You might wonder why would one want a mirror image of a jpeg showing Patrice and Jaques doing a left/right carve.
Well, that is because bot P & J are "regulars", whereas I am "goofy" so I wanted to memorize their sequence of movements for us "goofies".
(I have printed both photos and I placed them in my corridor: I look at them every once in awhile, hoping that if they will leave an imprint in my brain that will allow me to execute exactly the same maneuvers).
[I finally (re)found the two pictures and their originals. I have uploaded them on the university server].
Ciao to all.
