shippingcosts Bomber
Does anyone know how much these costs are (aprox.) to ship Bomberstuff to Belgium?
If not, you may tell me how much it was to send over things to your country.

Re: shippingcosts Bomber
Erik, depends on what you want to buy.
Be specific and I can give you some prices (bought several things overthere)

Wow... what a question...
My pockets are still burning for what I paid about shipping cost, custom fees and VAT.
I bought two pairs of TD2 and I paied about 35% more than the bindings price due to "custom fees", "VAT and Shipping cost.
Never more, concerning me.
Someone says that another binding seller (not bomber) let you avoid such VAT and Custom fees...

In France (for example), you can receive gifts or non-commercial goods from outside of the EC without having to pay any taxes or fees, if the value of the goods do not exceed 45€. In any other case you have to pay VAT, and maybe customs fees. This does not apply to tobacco, alcohol, etc.
In your case, Bomber would have to declare a commercial value of less than 45€ (so the goods can not be correctly insured during shipping), and say that it's a gift. This is illegal, and you might have to pay extra fees (up to twice the real value of the goods!) at the french customs... if you ever have the chance to recover the packet !
I wouldn't try to do that.

Custom fees (without VAT!) for private delivery organisations like UPS or DHL in to Switzerland are about 30 SFr. up to 50 SFr. (Euro 20-30.-)
The cheapest way is to import things by Swiss Post. Example: parcels from Germany to Switzerland should be deliverd by Deutsche Post, hand-shaked to Swiss Post at frontier.
Since Yesterday in Switzerland a new Custom Law is in progress. It should simplify imports.
On 2008 custom fees from UPS/DHL etc. will decrease a little, Swiss Post custom fee will increase.
