great resort
SUN VALLEY idaho, usa
it rocks
it's the best boarding by far i've ever done. great area. lots of trails. groomed and fresh powder. it would be nicer if it had a little more snow like Targee idaho, but Sun Valley has a few runs for every type of boarding or skiing you want.
groomed trails, speed tracks, snowboard mougles, perfect cliffs, what else do you want?

i'm going to big sky, montana this friday and saterday. it is supposed to be the 7th best resort in north america. last season i went to moonlight basin. a new resort sharing the mountain. it was very fun, despite the drought season. big sky however should be much better seeing it's rank. chaeck this out. http://bigskyresort.com/ontheslopes/bs_ch_ots_lpt.asp

Squaw Valley, CA, USA! Especially Siberia Bowl first thing in the morning. Perfect corduroy, steep lead in, and it's so good! I remember going so fast on that one morning, I scared myself! LOL! Whenever I dream about riding, it's always under Siberia Chair!
Twas the most beautiful sight you ever did see, when Clancy lowered the boom!
Heh, I love carving Siberia at Squaw in the morning... and late morning... and then later in the day hugging as far skiier's right where it isn't all mogulled up. Have I seen you riding there? I'm the only one there on a Swoard, as far as I can tell. Short, Asian guy, black pants, usually in a red and white shirt or sometimes a black jacket with white stripes.

Unfortunately, I haven't been back to my adopted home since I left in September 1996. Ten years next year. Man! That flew by. But that run off Siber was/is the best I've ever ridden. [sigh] dreaming of dropping in under Siber [sigh]

Per quel che ne so...
My favourite place is Monte Elmo (Helmbahn) in Alta pusteria (Hoch Pustertal)... It's difficult that you find a slope like the one that's there...3kilometers of happyness...Sorry for my Italian-english...
Ex Burton Factory Prime, ex F2, ora ho 2 virus Black Death 2 (2001 e 2003)...accettate la sfida???

Hy, just came back from a trip to Sillian Tirol. The slopes were well prepared all the time. A lot of wide areas good for carving, but not super steep like the Zinal slope. There are some steep and wide areas in the valley slope.
I was surprised to see 10+ Hardbooter every day, mostly locals.
my Hoteltip: Sporthotel Sillian
Finally the best area to better get to know my new Swoard.

My favourite place
Livigno, slope Trepalle and around. It really rocks.

ps.: But have to admit that Zinal is one of the most long&wide&steep&groomed slope I've ever seen
