Don't worry, I checked with a local guide where the landslide could happen. I have gone for a walk here in summer. It’s on the left bank of the river, whereas the road is on the right bank. A landslide would affect the residents of the village of Chippis (the river could cause damages), but not the road that starts from the highway.
In Grimentz there is a heliport, where more and more rich people are turning up. The image of a quiet little mountain village is just for marketing purposes. Like Zinal, more and more...
